To apply for residency,i saw that many programs need LOR's from U.S doctors/Faculty.
I am from India and i donot have LOR's.
What should i do to get LOR's from U.s doctors here.I thik we need to do Observership.externship or research to get LOR right?
What should i do to gwt this observership?How and what should i ask the hospitals?
Can i apply for a program which asks for a programs which asks for an LOR?
as i dont have one my chances are iwill be denied.
