A 25 year old female has had a normal PAP 3months ago. Now she has an episode of PID and comes to the ER. Do we repeat a PAP? This is for CCS. Thanks

No you do not have to repeat PAP.
as she aleady had one.. besides CCS...if a pt has PID, you never do PAP....as it will pick up inflammatory cells.. so you wait for infection to get better and then do the PAP.

In USMLE World CCS there is a CCS PID case where they say we need to do Pap. Can you verify?
