Does anybody know what is necessary for an IMG in order to get a post doc degree? GRE, TOEFL? I do not have neither MS nor PhD. Can I apply directly for a post doc ?

If ECFMG accepts your application, your diploma is equivalent to MD of USA, so you are eligible to apply for Postdoc position whoever offers it. I am working as postdoc in Yale University and there are nearly 20 IMG's working as postdocs in Yale.
