I saw that they posted a psychiatry spot yesterday on resident swap site, but they want you to pay subscription to view it.
Why would a program have a pgy1 position open up now? Is it for an incoming resident or for someone who has a pgy1 spot but wants to finish the year somewhere else? Any advice is appreciated.

the psych spot is in California and is a DO only position...not for MD residency my friend has res swap subscription so i got her to look it up
