Can someone please tell me how to get form 186 when applying for step 1? I have checked the ECFMG site and can't find a link to it anywhere. Do you get a link when you've completed the online application and paid the exam fee?

click publications in the upper right corner of the ecfmg website...then, in the middle, go to other publcations. all the forms you need are there.
