yes it is mandatory. How it look like , is not your problem coz' your dean has to write it , and they know how to write it. J ust write a application to him and request for this.

it's not mandatory.because you can enter eras without it.

it is not mandatory, but if you can get one then get it..if you don't have one it will hurt your chances
