hi, here are the cases i got in philly,

nervousness and anxiety, headache,knee pain, BP refill and other complaint on the evaluation came out to be impotence,young female with WT loss and tiredness, another young female with exactly same complaint but this time she came to a pediatric clinic she was 17 year old,confusion,chest pain,blood in stools,mum of a child with fever mother was behaving very anxious,frequent fall,a patient not feeling herself and also she has irregular menses for last 6 months,
