is it mandatory to have the correct diagnosis in the top 3 differentials. is this part heavily graded.?

yes as far as PN is concerned,d/d is imp.It will be good if u can do the correct diagnosis the first one ,but if the correct diagnosis is present anywhere even among all five,u wil get the credit.
this is what kapaln told us in its course.I like the course,its very good.
