The best way to get an observership is to go to the websites of the hospital and find the faculty members contact number or e-mail ad contact them...

Well.. what i mean..call or email them to request for observership. I did it and it worked for me. Sometimes you have to be aggressive. I sent almost 20 emails to different faculties and got one positive reply.
