caloric test - okt3
#1
A comatose patient is being evaluated by caloric stimulation of the vestibular apparatus.
Cold-water irrigation of the right external auditory canal leads to deviation of both eyes to the right for 2 min, followed by a slow drift back to the midline. This finding is most consistent
with a lesion in the

A) right labyrinth

B) midbrain

C) medulla

D) pons

E) cerebral hemispheres
