how many calls u got so far and whenu applied? r u looking for h1 or u r a citizen ?

I applied on the 29th of Sept.Scores of 96/97,IMG,doing MPH,no USCE/publication,doing US research,graduation year 2002.I've got three calls till now:the two that i have listed and St Barnabas.Abington(NY) says they have called all the people for interview that they can handle but they will get back to me if a cancellation occurs.Aurora(WI) says they will get back to me in Dec if they need candidates(reasd as if they have no AMGs available till then).Englewood (NJ) have sent me a mail asking to call them for a telephonic screening interview(does somebody have any idea what that means?What do they ask?).I am looking for an H1.Give me an opinion now,please.
