Upon searching on Google I found one other hospital in Florida that is offering to take Medical Graduates for Clinical Documentation Specialist position. Otherwise, I have not come across any other place that takes in IMGs. Usually they do not give visas from the get go. They may consider sponsoring visa if you are already employed with them. But, there is nothing wrong in applying for the position and talking to them yourself.
