offline/downloaded NBME vs. On-line NBME - goout

Hi, I am confused here.
What is the difference between the two, except money?
Where to dowload offline NBME?
When should we take them? in what order?

Could someone kindly give anwers for my Qs?

there is no difference in QUESTIONS between 2 of them..online you simply pay money and do the test in the self-paced mode or timed mode..and they will give you score, but no explanations to answers. Downloaded you do it yourself and we don't know the score calculation.
In fact UW assessment cost only $25 and they give you explanations and 2 weeks to review questions.

take it 2 months before the exam, NMBE does not change every year

the nbme downloaded version...dont you multiply your # correct x 1.5 ?
