di means diariha? in adult just ecf decrease,in baby diarrha ecf and icf decrease and osm increase

oh ok,,yes in inspidu ecf abd icf decrease and osm increse but patiant dont have sign of volume lost coz of total body na is normal,,

loss of fluid and electrolyte balance are two different thing.
yes u will find signs of vol loss in DI if untreated and yes the electrolytes will be almost balanced
