sorry didn't see it for a while maybe I'm late here it goes. Fiest I must say that observership helps with ccs. What I did was read the case then cover the rest (either from uw or ca cases) and write down on paper my duffs things they I needed to do urgently to narrow down duffs then things that are impirtant not to miss and then questioned my self at which point would I move pt to different place. Then "disclosed the plan/order that uw/ca would establish and made a few anotations. That was my approach. I would say though that pretending to use the ccs practice cases to do the other ones although you are not getting true feedback is also helpful b/c it allows you to get familiar with the awful terrible andnot friendly/cheap interface of ccs. Do review at least twice common cases and remember diff maybe narrow they are looking for management not dx
