Yes I got a call for IM a few weeks ago, because I was eligible for their William J harrington program.

My creds are: FMG, no certif. so far; CS in november, 98/99, need J1 visa, 1 month USCE, 1 american LoR.

Go to Yahoo and in the search window type "Harrington program" You will be amazed what you'll see.

NOLA, The IM program at JMH dedicates some of its positions to latin american doctors who intend to come back to their countries upon completion of training. It's called the William J Harrington program. you can read more about it in their website.
