Hi....seeing as no one replied....
From what I understand....neurosurg is one of the toughest lines to get into....its hard for AMG to match...so chances for IMG are kind of remote.....unless you have a glowing resume with everything...LORs, papers, USCE etc etc....

As for neurolgy...you need to do IM first and the specialize...more possible if you are IMG.

Thanks a lot. I don't have research of USCE though the passion is there...and a bit of theoritical knowledge reading books.
