pt involved in motor vehicle accident, presents unconscious...BP 70/20 and after 2L ringer lactate-80/30...what do u do first?

ct head or exploratory laparotomy

first do DPL or FAST if there are no obvious signs of abdominal injury, then exp lap

bp is picking up so some hypovolumia due to blood loss probably due to int trauma
