i don't remember the question completely..but it was some thing like what is the best way to manage a hospitalized icu patient with foleys catheter against utis..
1. prophylactic antibiotics
2. irrigating catheter every 8 hours..

...and 2 other options which i can't recall..anyways..anyone please..if you know about this..
