genuin stress incontinence
autonomic neuropathy due to drugs
diabetic neuropathy
UTI
multiple sclerosis

- Injury from surgery, radiation or trauma - weakening the sphincter)
- Menopause - estrogen deficiency & thinning out of urethra

Men
- Surgery or radiation for prostate cancer
- Surgery for benign prostate hypertrophy
