time for verification of credentials? - vikasbhushan

Hi Guys,
how long does the ecfmg take to verify 'the medical education credentials' and 'diploma/transcripts' sent by the medical school?????????
My college sent it from india by registered post 3 weeks ago and they still have not received it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called ecfmg and they are saying....upto 6-8weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am now having proctalgia fugax:-(

we can not program a Dtae 4 exam
i can not thing about anything else

it is such a STressfull situation ..
