I got LORs from a good universtity where I did observership and now I am trying for externship but, I got it in a small private practice does it really help me.
which is better externship in a small practice or observership in a university hospital?

as long as you have hand on experience with patients, it will add to your application

I believe hands-on experience is better. Observation+externship will be a big boost to your CV. Where did u do your externship BTW? Please let us know.

hi i did my step2 cs recently ,but i am thinkin' to apply for 2010 match ,i am a img from india ,i am on b2 visa here ,can anybody tell me how can i do externship here or at least an obervership ,which hospital to consider that are img friendly or some hospital that can consider me for externship or observership,any response ''ll be really appreciated,thanks in advance
