HI guys if i do observership in january will it help me for this year match??? it's a very good hospital but now i m confused whether i should join it or not because i m paying for this ...

yes you should join... DOING something is always better tthan DOING nothing ... this may not help you much in this years match but you never know the outcome of the match so be prepared for everything
