black man with fatigue, sclera a bit yellow and skin a bit yellow, asked about recent changes in color, denies discoloration.
Black people generally have yellowish tinged sclera and skin
Shall we call that jaundice or not??
Anybody???

In any race yellow sclera and skin means jaundice
