16 YRS OLD female taken by mom to hospital for N/V..LOOKS OK..dr SENDS THE MOM OUTSIDE SO THAT HE COULD TALK IN PRIVTE...THEN THE GIRL STARTS CRYING AS HER PREGNANCY TEST WHICH SHE DID LAST NIGHT WAS POSITIVE.....AND SHE LEADS NOT TO TELL HER MOTHER??WHAT SHOULD THE DR. DO?
1)ASK HER TO INFORM THE MOTHER
2)do not inform the mother
3)encourage her to inform her mother in her presence
4)remind her that it is his duty to inform her guardian as she is a minor
