I thought VSD, ASDs were non cyanotic conditions.

Going with Tetrology of Fallot.

left sternal systolic VSD , late cyanosis because Eisenmengers
squats decrease R to L shunt, therefor cyanosis slightly improves.

no disrespect intended, but I dont understand how squatting would alleviate the R-L shunt.

I just checked to make sure, and squatting does increase the preload (volume), so wouldnt that force more R-L?

Wish purine would give us the answer already Tongue

squat is to increase systemic vascular resistance, thereby decrease R to L shunt.
