I have an ergent question: I have one more recommendation letter mailing to me, and I have to mail it to ECFMG/ERAS. In my previous package, I included 3 LORs with cover sheets, and DSF. If I want to mail this new LOR, what should I include in the package? cover sheet plus an updated DSF?
