41 yrs old female with history of SLE visited to ophthalmologist due to vision disturbance.
Careful fundoscopic examination reveal light colored multiple spots which explained the reason of her visual disturbance. which of the following is most likely reason of those spots in this pt.

it is vascular problem. vasculitis.

ebnalfady dont u think vascular problem cause ischemia and necrosis which always appear as a dark spots.

WHITE PATCHES OF RETINA DUE TO..............ISCHEMIC OR OCCLUSIONS OF BLOOD VESSELES BY THROMBI OR EMBOLI .THIS OCCUR IN SLE DUE TO ANTIBODY AGAINST RETINS BY ANTIPHOSPHOLIPID ANTIBODYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
