Hi all,
I have appileid for H1B in March (from london, back home india), got approved. I recived my I129 in April.My H1B is valid from October 2008 to September 2001. My brother is doing all process for me from USA. Iam hoping i will get all documents by 2nd week of september. I dint book appointment with London USA embassy yet.
I gathered some valuable information here. Need to know after how many weeks they will give an appoinment if i ask.
Morever iam a Resident Permit holder in UK. Will that be any issue for my H1B Visa approval?
Any advises will be appriciated alot
