Hit 'submit' for CAF - oslerformatch

Does anyone know about when to hit 'submit' for the CAF form. If we do can we change information later. Do we have to sumit before we apply on 2nd Sept. Any input?

sumit on september the 2nd, once you do that you CAN`T change anythyng

if i want to change or delete LOR writer , how about it because one of lor writer refuse now.

do not assign that LOR to any program , this is only a option. If you have not finalized ....than only u can delete.
