Is it necessary to submit one letter from home county when you have 4 letters from US?

akran. I am not 100% sure, but i highly doubt that. Because, I just read some Program requirements in a thread below, and many of them vary in how many they require from the US, and or whether they are indifferent if the LOR came from the applying Speciality. Few of them, the minority of programs in that list at least, mentioned they *need* one from the Home Country of Degree, for what its worth.
