AMG like to go for peds

the programs are fewer

Most of peds are University based

not true, Peds s one of the least paid after residency.... so less competitive

Some say its more competitive bcoz of lesser no of spots.

But again it depends on ratio of no. of people applying to no. of spots.

Also how many American grads are applying makes a lot of diff.

depends on state where r apply. if in state just 1 or 2 programs,it ill be more competitive than if state has more than 20 programs. and look how many AMG compare to FMG in this program.
