my score is 80 in step 1 and i am a foreign graduate. i wanna know the list of hospitals where i can get the residency on this average score. i am also interested in paeds so what are my chances??????????

well the best you can do is get step 2 scores in 90's.
I have both scores in 80's, ecfmg certified applied in 60 programs med/peads/FP, doing research in top most univ and a old graduate with no interviews.
