they say they can wait........once i get my ssn,it wil be issued to me ..i m sure i m eligible for ssn,i wil be getin in 1 mth......

I haven't got the letter yet, but I have applied with CA letter receipt, hoping to get my letter early next month may be end of this month, fingers crossed.

Count me.. I have my PTAL..No rejection yet.. CA program start review in end of sep .. so expect anything after that

I am in bay area my credentials are 92/98/cs passed/No us lors/EAD.

What about people who dont have an ssn, can they apply for CA letter? If not is there workaround? If you know please share. Thanks and GL.

How/When did you get your receipt? I've sent my application for PTAL more than a month ago but I did not get any receipt. I called them and they said they dont send receipts Sad
