Hi Fellows

Anyone has idea about H1B/EAD...Which one works better.

I have a H1B visa starting this Oct from a pharmaceutical company on research work, but I do not know if it works positively or negatively for residency....

If anyone in same boat please share your thoughts

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.
