ihave no idea about diference b/w downloading ,running and installation.iam confused b/c when iam clicking on installation it is asking do u want to uninstall existing file?anyone plz help

it was showing continuously on my computer that it is about to expire so purchase it now otherwise ur PC WILL NOT BE protected.
