Help me please guys. I'm an old grad. My LOR have not been uploaded yet. If I apply now and pay my dollars, will the PD just kick me away?

I applied on sept 2nd without LOR's....they downloaded it...they keep checking in between...I got one acknowledgement from a program saying that they will wait till novemebr 1st for all the document to be uploaded......I guess its important to apply early....If I were you...I will apply 50% now atleast....lets see what others say

You can't apply without LOR..it's a requirement to to complete the application

well...out of 40 programs , 30 have downloaded my application without LOR...I mean , I have assigned them......as I understand...if u finalize ur LOR and assign them...as long as u have send the LOR to ecfmg...they will be automatically transmitted....I hvent received a single rejection yet..thats my personal experience...this is my first matching experience...so I guess...i can update once i have anything more

I am writing to confirm that I have received your ERAS application to the
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Program.
Thank you for your interest in our program.
Applications will be accepted until November 1, 2008, and required supporting
documents will be accepted until November 10, 2008. I do not require any
additional documentation beyond that included in the ERAS application.
I will carefully review all Complete Applications. Invitations to interview
will be sent out in early December for interview dates in mid-late January
2008.
The effort you put into preparing your application is sincerely appreciated.
Please make sure it is complete by November 10th so that I can give it full
consideration for admission to our program

darkhorse You were a great forumer. People like you did help me prepare my exam. How are you doing?
okieowl, What U say is probably true for many programs, but certainly not for all the programs. I think assigning means that the LOR is being written or is en route the ERAS or something like that.
Now I have to do something and I will apply today and we will see later on.
