Guys... 2 of the programs I applied sept. 2nd have not downloaded my application yet. This is absurd.

sue them and then let us know about the outcome of the trial

....and I have sent an email, in a very polite fashion, saying that if they have any problem with eras I could send them pdf files...and no answer as well.
I was thinking about the possibility of sueing.

hi someday, some programs usually start downloading application very late. for exm. wyckoff heights medical, NY for IM.. last year too they downloaded application in early October.

Take it easy. I have 3 programs that haven't downloaded mine yet
 Just be patient.

Application season runs from September through the end of December at most places. They will download and review applications based on their schedules. If they do not download it even after December then you can think of suing them. Right now you have no case.
