With the other factors, grades, usce, personal statement, LORs, how important is the photo? How important are looks?

Photo is the part of a complete application...

Look in the photo..ummm I think it depends on the person who's looking .....not all the applicant looks sharp like the stars in ER/Grey's Anatomy or House

go to highly rated store for photo. may be it can bring some IV, who knows????????

i don't think the program coordinators/directors can view the photo until you are invited for an interview. read it somewhere in ERAS.

I agree with you, the photo is only viewable after the IV. So that there can be no bias before that.

some programs, take applicants with crossed eyes....they think that these applicants are more inteligent than others, this is why photo is so important.
