Proffessional pant suit or skirt suit whatever you feel comfortable in. Same rule applies to shoes high heels vs flats. Just try to get shoes which dont make alot of noise and dont cause blisters.

They still expect you to have a jacket on, so a nice wool/cashmere top could keep you warm. Or wear a blouse with thermal vest underneath. As you can take off your jacket in the interview or leave it open.
