I have no idea what it means.....
I know that recently OASIS trick can't be taken as true when IT ALLOWS YOU TO REGISTER...I've heard many people on the forum saying that they thought they had failed because they were able to register and then later found out they passed...
I'm not sure what it means when it doesn't allow you to register though....as in my case...

My friend told me that her results came out around 3pm on the first day of score reporting. I think I read somewhere that it will come out at round 12nn eastern time on the first day of score reporting.. but I really can't remember where I read that though...

guys, oasis trick does not work for CS, only 1, 3, and ck.
in the past, results usually start coming after 9am eastern time... in 10 minutes
