I received an e-mail from Fedex about an doc from ECFMG. I assume it is certificate as I cleared my Cs on Oct 08. Can I update my profile as certified or better wait until I receive? If it is not certificate what else could be?

Please give your input with expertise.

isnt it strange that Fedex by itself sends emails to the examinees?

did anyone who got CS result on Oct 8 saw any chang in his/her OASIS concerning the date of ecfmg certification issue?
