#1
I just arrived from my home coutry and I was only given 3 months to stay. In my I-94 departure record, at the back of it, the immigration officer wrote NO EOS/AOS/COS. what does this mean?

It has to do with your visa status. What this means is that if you file for a change of status, the chances of denial are greater. I think OS in the EOS, AOS and COS stand for "of status". For example. NO COS means No Change of Status.

bro, just arrived in the US 2 days ago.we're on the same boat. they gave me no EOS/AOS/COS. We can only stay in the US until the day stamped in our passport. We can't extend it nor change our visa to working, etc while in the US. Im not sure what ECS means, "employment maybe". How are you? Are you from the Philippines

I've researched for the terms already. "While we are in the US", we cannot extend (EOS), adjust or change our status from non-immigrant to immigrant status. bro, do you have any email address?
