I know 16 IVs did not matched,
But if it is in the end of your list ....take the risk..stay in match!

Its just the the stress and fear of not matching which letting me take a decison thats why I want to know how other people will take the decison.

just sign the prematch and go home, sleep until june 22.

I am not in this situation now but my close friend was in this situation last year, got prematch from sixth program in the ranking list ( with 16 IVs ), didn't accept the offer and unfortunatly didn't match.

i would not take it, its not your dream program nor your dream specialty! rather take the risk than to be unhappy for the rest of your life. you obviously did well at the iv since they gave you prematch offer so you will do even better at your dream program
