good looking is always a plus but it depends on how you take advantage of it.
it can turn into a nightmare also. one of my friends is sooooo handsome. his PD is attracted to him but he is not interested in it. then she fired him. what a poor soul.. true story.

a strong resume can save a person of average look but a good apperance cant save a weak resume. my resume is my problem.
