We need to write and contact to labor unions. We also need to find lawyers from labor union to challenge labor certifications from hospitals when they apply H1B for foreign workers that they cannot find qualified workers in America. It is just a lie. Program Directors know better than anybody else because they are the ones who are rejecting qualified workers. They maybe deliberately lying when they are sponsoring H1B visas. So check with your local labor unions whether they have lawyers who know about the labor laws.
