her,s my take
causes of RTA, fanconi syndrome,inability of rt to absorb NaHco3,loses K+ in results pt comes n in er or office setting will depands on that stabilize first if in er pulse oxy iv access vitals q20 min focus pe for 2 min order cardiac monitor bp monitor cbc bmp 12 lead ekg urine osmolality d/c if taking nsaids lfts ua bun cr if inrease bp order iv propranalol or furosamide get results order kcl ua q 1 day advance clock to get results once pt stabilizes trasfer in wards urine output vitals q 2hour bmp q 1day please add or correct
