Shame on whom? Are you worried about the economy of USA or your own perosnal economy? Please think about whichever country you are citizen of, its economic siuation, your decision to dump them, and then decide where the shame belongs? Your country needs you more than USA. Please start talking honestly. Say that you want to do it for money, not America. At least it shows honesty.

CAMPARED TO 2008 TURKEE SEEMS TO HAVE BECOME MORE PSYCHOTIC, NOW HE/SHE SEEMS TO BE REPEATING THE SAME, MY $ MY TAXES crap, REMAINS TO BE SEEN WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN 2 YEARS OR SO.... he might qualify for antipsychotics ... chronic paranoid schizophrenia...

I'm wondering if the rules are indeed change what do you propose should happen to all the doctors that are already in residency or practicing on a visa. Should they be fired and sent home? Are these the values of freedom, social justice and democracy that America keep talking about? I think not.

But I am truly curious of what the supporters of this GC/Citiz first policy propose to do about that.

It's also easy to say that you're not leaving your countrymen in a moment of need and at the same time demanding them for a better job regardless your academic credential.

Another question, what would happen if GC/Citiz will not be enough to fill all spots? Should the remaining one left vacant?

Also, should you ask for a reform of medical education? You seems to think that you are entitle to training after med school, but that is not formally true even for AMG.

Maybe they should have 2 separate matches, one for AMG and after one for IMG for remaining spots.

Let me know what you think. Thanks
