of course its completely new.. i wish i get it..(

I mean the content, do they change the cases completely or they add new cases? As in neurology part, the 2004 version has 14 cases plus 6 bonus cases.

Or they added more explanation, new color pictures, index, as in the new CK 08-09 version

also I am not sure kaplan step 3 note is a must, since most people agree that CK note is a must
