I took my test yesterday, day one was fine, but day 2 was challenging for emergency medicine and immediate care in those short blocks, many pediatric question where I had to make guess.
I am still puzzling about CCS part, I also had those common cases, managed the case appropriately, but inpatient and ER cases ended in the hospital never had chance to send them home and request follow up, when I ordered tests, as soon as I get diagnosis, I treated the patient, and then update starts coming up, patient is fine, doing well,,,, I also wanted to see the result of other test that I had ordered, I kept on advancing the clock but it never let me to go further, just that frequent update of vitals and patient comfort, and then in attempt of advancing clock case ended,,, although it was just 12 min... what does it mean?

My cases:
Menorrhagia leading to iron deficiency anemia, 22 month child with irritibility, Diabetic nephropathy and retinopathy, Hypersensitive reaction, polymyalgia rheumatica, rectal bleeding in child, CHF, right adenexal mass, hepatic encephalopathy

Was the mnorrhagia in an older patient or younger?

Menorrhagia was in a patient 30's, I did USG and pap smear came back normal, only positive finding was decrease serum iron and increase TIBC, with ferrous sulphate treatment, her retics count was improving which I did to check if she is responding to the treatment. I also ordered gynae consultaion. Infact patient did not came with complaint of menorrhagia rather it was tiredness, weakness, decrease energy. Menorrhagia was mentioned in HPI.

Lets hope things work out.
